Snatch + hang snatch (15×1+1)

Snatch pull + hang snatch 15 x 1+1

Start @ 65% of 1 RM hang snatch and build up

Back Squat (1×2)

Back squat build up to heavy double for the day

Then:

3-5×2 @ 90 of daily double
